With a massive USA wound 4″ voice coil for increased thermal capacity, we designed the rest of the motor from the ground up using FEA optimization. Using three ultra-high grade Y35 magnets the KH3001 has plenty of motor force and excursion potential. Our custom tooled progressive 3 layer 100% Nomex spider pack with triple sewn lead wires helps keep the moving assembly under control at extreme excursion levels. A non-pressed kraft pulp hybrid fiber blend cone body and a multi-layer foam surround keeps the KH3001 durable for your sonic enjoyment for many years to come. Finished off with 4awg push pin terminals and a hydraulic pressed carbon fiber dust cap the KH3001 ready for the most extreme setups. The KH3001 series is designed for monster day driver system, and even competition use for those requiring high linearity and extreme power handling.
